Delivery
Your order should be dispatched within 3 days upon receipt of payment.
However certain items may be out of stock due to heavy demand and have to be ordered in directly from the manufacturer in which case it could take up to 28 days. we will in any case contact you to advise you of any delays that may occur.

Moneyback Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receipt as long as it hasn't been damaged and are still within their original packaging.

To return goods under this guarantee, please notify us be email clearly indicating your Order Item.
Once the goods have been inspected and verified a refund will be made - Insha'Allah.
